Margaret continues her distinguished career as a Certified Professional Leadership and Career Strategy Coach, having previously spent her entire work life in Technology and Consulting. As an EY Partner, she led Technology and Transformation efforts globally. She is an accomplished leader working at the intersection of business and technology.
During her tenure in the Technology sector, Margaret spearheaded three significant transformation initiatives and held various roles, including a decade as a Management Consultant for Fortune 500 companies and six years as CIO for one of EY’s largest business units, generating $15 billion in revenue. She has managed a substantial P&L of $800 million and overseen large teams of internal and partner resources, delivering services to 125 countries. Margaret also served on EY’s Technology, Audit, and Finance Executive Committees.
A passionate and empathetic leader, Margaret identifies with the challenges faced by clients striving for success in their careers and leadership positions. She possesses a deep understanding of global disruptive trends, such as AI, Sustainability, and Crypto, and their impact on client skills and roles. With extensive experience in grooming resources for career transitions—whether advancing to the next level, enhancing performance for promotion, returning to work, retiring, or transitioning to a new job—she excels in guiding clients from diverse backgrounds, particularly women, in the workplace.
Margaret currently coaches Cornell Executive MBA students on career strategies and leadership styles.
